Tasting

Our Blanc de Blancs has a white gold colour. The bubbles are fine and form delicate “strings of pearls”. The citrus and mineral aromas accompany freshness and elegance on the palate, with an acidity that allows a balance between the aromatic power and desirable lightness. It has a scent of white flowers, citrus fruits, or green apples. With time, the aromas will evolve with overtones of stone fruits like apricots and peaches, and toast.

Service

This Blanc de Blancs will go well with scallops, fresh-water fish, and also for dessert with chocolate gateau.
